Sand Dunes Engagement

Kristen and Kyle had the perfect evening for some Sand Dunes Engagement Photos in Sleeping Bear National Park. Kristen and Kyle came in from the Detroit area for their engagement photos late in the summer. As we drove to the top, we saw massive storm clouds and rain rolling in over the Manitou Islands.  As much as we had wanted to have engagement photos that night, nature was not going to cooperate.

So, early fall, we made another attempt at heading into the dunes, and oh my, are we glad we did! It was a perfect fall evening to spend some time explore the dunes, enjoying the sunset, and heading down to Lake Michigan to finish off the evening.
