As Jacqui and I were scheduling a photo session for her and Mike, I casually emailed and asked what her “boyfriend’s” name was.  Intuitively, I was wondering if they were engaged, as they had just returned from vacation.  Her response, he is actually now my fiancee!  So our photo session became and engagement session.

Upon meeting the two of them, I knew it would be a fun evening.  You could see their excitement and love throughout the evening.  Mike couldn’t keep his eyes off of Jacqui, and he always had an amazing smile as he was looking at her.  And Jacqui, you could see in her eyes her excitement and joy at just spending time with Mike.

Congratulations to both of you on your engagement.  It was so much fun to spend time wandering through the Michigan State University Botanical Gardens taking pictures of the two of you and seeing the joy, laughter and love that you both share. I am completely excited to photograph you later this year for your wedding at Zingerman’s Cornman Farms!
