I first met Sarah and Max last year when I photographed their engagement session.  What struck me the most for that evening was what a genuinely loving couple they were.  Everyone was right at ease and we had a wonderful time touring the Sleeping Bear Dunes area.  Needless to say, I was ecstatic when they asked if I would photograph their wedding in South East Michigan this year.

Their wedding was held at Sarah’s parents home in Dundee, Michigan.  And with the help of her parents, they created a beautiful setting for a front yard wedding.  Their barns in the back were used for cocktail hour and the dancing part of the reception.  And dinner was served in a beautiful tent set up near the barns. Sarah’s mother also was busy shopping antique shops this past year for antique dishes.  Each place setting and cake plate was a unique dish which help set off the beautiful reception dinner.

It was a celebration full of love and laughter for a truly beautiful couple that I have been blessed to meet.  I know the future holds wonderful things in store for you as you begin your life together as husband and wife.  Enjoy your journey!
